Really annoying Fallout 4 problem

Okay so last time I played the game like 3 months ago the controls were working fine and now I literally can move besides looking around with the mouse and can't play at all. I already disabled the controller from the in game menu and the ini file so that is out of the book. I have also disabled the overlay and this did not solve the problem either... I am really steamed so please help me!
