Func HS-260 Help

I just bought and received the Func HS-260 headphones and am having problems with the sound. 

 

In all the reviews etc. the headphones are said to be stereo headphones but i am not getting stereo audio from the headphones, they seem to be in mono audio. 

 

Are the HS-260's actually stereo and if so how do I fix them and make them play in stereo?

 

Edit: Listened to music just after posting this and I cannot hear any vocals for all my music. 

 

Edit 2: Tested the microphone and it does not work at all, am now returning the product because it is most likely not working properly because it is defective.
