High page memory usage

How to reduce usage and why is it so high and can it affect performance.

page file is swap. when your ram runs out your system resorts to using swap space. i dont know why your swap is high. it might be because you recently resumed from suspend. if you were on unix i could I've you a cli command.

It is probably a memory leak. These are not easy to find in windows. Uninstall any programs that you have recently installed and see if the usage goes down.

Its getting bigger and bigger,now is at 84%,yesterday was 74%

Uninstall any new programs and roll back any program updates and see if the issue stops.
