This thing (http://prnt.sc/cw9cwp) has been popping up on my desktop lately. I have no idea what it is and  it tabs me out of every single game or fullscreen program that i use and i can't seem to find any useful information that could help me fix it. It's getting really annoying and I would really appreciate people helping me.

Try to see in taskmanager  wich processes are crashing when this happens 

allso wich files there running of and using 

 

I think it's a corrupted Programm.

 

And when does it happen exactly?
