I have a very peculiar problem with my laptop

whenever I open a webpage with a video on it such as youtube

The video will say error could not play unless I change my volume which it would then start normally

I have already factory reset and reinstalled flash

not sure how to continue

That sounds STRANGE...

but ok a few questions to get going

- laptop model?

- OS?

-browser? (Also tried to reinstall it?/ checked for anny silly plugins in it?)

- did you do a HTML 5 check with your browser?

Most webpages use flash only as a fallback now and HTML 5 for playing the videos

So it could have to do with that

an an other option wich comes to mind are drivers:

-are those up to date?

FOLDING MONTH 2021! GOGOGO and save on some heating costs 🙂
