You aren't going to get 7.1 surround and a mic for $30, you could get the HyperX Stinger or MSI DS502 though for around 50.

I've never heard of the company which doesn't mean it is bad per say, but I can't support an off-brand that I've never tried before. I'd save if I were you, $50 is really the lowest price for a decent low end headphone you can go, anything lower and you are risking it breaking in a few weeks. Maybe try Bluedio, if you are willing to risk it, I had a pair a few years ago and they lasted about 8 months. It only has 5.1 surround though. https://www.amazon.com/Bluedio-R2-WH-Wired-Headphones-Black/dp/B00CTKMJ8U?tag=gdext-20&th=1

Sades mostly sounds the same, its super famous in my country and i had the chance to try them out, 2-3 months the audio cuts out, or cable went off etc. Quality is bad af, better save a little bit more and get the HyperX cloud core. You will get the best bang for you buck from it :D
