High CPU usage

Hey guys

so recently my CPU usage on my i5 4690k is rly high. In idle its around 30% usage.

When i searched for the problem i saw that the svchost.exe is using 25% of my CPU, and then i saw that my Firewall uses rly much of my CPU.

have you ran virusscans etc? svchost is often a target for virusses.

yesterday i scanned my pc, but there was no virus found

what programs did you use?

I think your operating system is installing an update. Try disabling windows updates if you really want it to stop.

Found a link about svchost specifically.

You should disable Wuaserv, I've had this problem numerous times. It's some problem with the windows update software. 

This is not a virus.

Right click svchost.exe click services and search for wuaserv
