PSUs frying

Hi I bought a corsair cx 650m power supply and it had a broken coil whine so I contacted corsair support for a replacement one. The replacement one came and I installed it. After 30 minutes of browsing and non-heavy tasks everything turned off and I couldn't the PC back on. So I contacted them again and they sent a new one. I installed this one tonight and started up my pc and everything seemed fine. After 30 minutes of browsing again my power supply fried. I would think there is a short circuit somewhere but my power supply with the broken coil whine is still working fine. Any help someone could give me?

Take a very good visual look at your motherboard and everything connected to it.
