Doesnt have a fun hub, but has the other stuff. next day delivery on scan is less than £5 also, unless it would be a weekend then its around £12

There are many cases which fit these parameters with the exception of a fan hub (although that isn't exactly uncommon either). if you forgo fan hub, and drop your budget a bit so you can just buy a fan controller for your case instead, you can broaden your horizons a bit:

There are more than these, but they are a good place to get you started. Corsair (and other companies) also has cube cases as well which support 360's in the front. no PSU shroud per se, but its PSU and cables are all in a separate chamber behind your components. Just go hit up some of the case manufacturers websites, sites like Phanteks, NZXT, Corsair, Fractal Design, Thermaltake, InWin, Cooler Master, Bit Fenix, and so on... just take an hour or two and browse their offerings to find the exact thing you like.
