Here is a review:

https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Corsair/Hydro_Series_H105/

If you're looking for advice from another H105 owner here then hopefully someone can help! I don't own one.

Price wise, $60 seems like a good value based on eBay's trending prices for the last two weeks. :)

Yes, it's 2871 as in the year 2871. I traveled all this way, back in time, just to help you. And you thought your mama lied when she said you were special-_-

It's a decent enough AIO for that price since it's similar performing to high end aircoolers or sometimes a few degree cooler, but they are noisy.

With them fans, will it be loud?

I don know these fans. So can't say anything besides the part that if I can't find it in comparisons where I check, it's really unknown :) It does not have to be, but it could be low quality.

Anyway, noise is overall a personal preference also, so you might be fine with the sound lvls under load despite being relative loud. They overall don't spin 100%. You can always replace fans later if it turns out they are to loud.
