You will be better off with the i7-6700k and a slightly weaker CPU cooler. Also, EVGA makes a different version of the same GPU - like literally, the only difference is a slight change in the shroud from what I can see - which is a bit less expensive. And if you don't mind black RAM instead of white RAM, you can cut down the price a little.
