It will run at 75hz and no free sync.

Im getting a new GTX 1080 and i wanted a high refresh rate monitor to go with it. I found the ViewSonic VX2457 and it is the perfect price but the issue is it has free sync and as far as i know it is an AMD feature. If i connect a nvidia card up what refresh rate will this specific monitor run at?

Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p @ 165hz

Keyboard: Razer Black Widow Chroma

Mouse: Logitech G502

Sound: Sony MDR 1000x Headphones, Blue Snowball Microphone

 

Laptop Specs:

Gigabyte Aorus 15G

CPU: Intel i7 10875H

RAM: 16gb DDR4

Storage: 512gb NVMe, 1TB Crucial MX300 SATA SSD

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q

Now i was thinking of getting a 144hz monitor but it costs too much so will 75fps be good compared to 144fps?

Thanks. Im probably getting the Acer GN246HLBbid as it is the right size and its 144hz.
