Can u overclock tge Xb270hu up to 165 hz the same as the xb271hu as they have the same screen and the new one is only a different stand ???

if so how do I go about doing this 

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz-

You'll have to download software that enables you to set higher refresh rates and keep upping it until it stops working or is problematic.
