The Silicon lottery will determine how well your card overclocks, you can look around on youtube to see what kind of clocks other people are getting but they can only be used as a guideline at best. The only way to find out how yours will perform is to get it into a system and find out.

It depends if you get a good card or not, but if you have the money go for a better card rather than just overclocking.
