I7-3930k overclocking

I currently have my 3930k @ 4.4Ghz at 1.36v average Temps on an hour of aida64 is 66c,  at 4.5ghz voltage is 1.38v and Temps are at around 70c can I run the 4.5 or is it safer to stay at 4.4?
