Hello all,

I was wondering if any knows what is happening with my elgato. I like streaming my retro consoles and have done this numerous times. However, somewhere something went wrong without me changing anything in my setup. I was connected to a LG monitor at the time and would have no problem with seeing the game on my monitor why recording in OBS. Then I took a break from streaming and came back and suddenly there was no display on the second monitor, but did still pick up in gamecapture software and OBS. I went through elgato support and they couldn't help me, sent a new device, cables, etc. nothing. I have now upgraded my monitors to Acer predators and still the same issue. I somehow had the game display on my monitor but it disappeared after me trying to correct an audio issue. So I am at a loss as to what is happening here. I do not want to buy splitters etc as is seen on YouTube videos because I know my monitor can display it, it just wont anymore. I have reverted to a legacy version of elgato software but haven't had a chance to see if it works with the older version on the off chance they messed with the code for the passthrough.

Any ideas as to what is happening here?
