Asus hystream

Id like to know how to get this to work as well. my iphone with ios 10 doesnt show the airplay at all, but my ipad with ios 9 shows an audio airplay symbol of my pc. when i click on it the sound stops on the ipad but does nothing on the computer. i dont even have to be connected to the computer for the airplay to show up on my ipad. this would be a cool feature to have but there is absolutely no literature for hystream online.
