Audio latency

Hey guys,

 

So ive been using the sterio mix in windows to play audio from my monitor (using HDMI) and external speakers (using standard jack), ive noticed a latency between the two, is there anyway to fix this? im happy to slow increase the latency in the jack as the hdmi latency isnt that noticeable comparing to video but is comparing to other lower latency audio
