Which One is Better

I'm looking for which GPU is the better one for 1080p high quality gaming at roughly 60fps.

I'd get an RX 480 or a GTX 1060 with aftermarket coolers.

i would go for the rx 480 as it is newer and has similar or even better performance with a heck of a lot more vram. if the case is the s340, you should have no problem fitting it in with the rest of those components and should work just fine.

It really doesn't matter that much at all.

Broadly speaking, right now the 1060 has a slight edge but later on, when DX12 becomes mainstream, the 480 will be better.

 

It really comes down to which company you want to support, there will always be biases towards Nvidia and AMD.
