Hi guys, first time poster here and very basic tech noob.

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard and cpu (probably memory as well) I would love nay help anyone is willing to offer in this matter.

I'm looking to be buying this   Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7 ATX Motherboard - LGA1151 Socket but i'm not sure what cpu/memory to pair it with. my budget is sitting at about £300.

Also, (another silly question i think) would i be needing to upgrade my power supply to accommodate this? And if so what would you suggest?

Like i said any help would be more than appreciated folks, thank you very much :)

What is your PSU? It will proably be fine, just want to check that its decent quality. What are you upgrading from? You might be able to get an i7 in there depending on UK prices, otherwise an i5 will be fine.

Edit: Does that budget include the cost of the motherboard? If yes, then just get an i5 (Unless you want to wait for black friday hoping for a deal).

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.
