Looking for a smart watch.

Hello LTT forums!

I'm looking at getting a new watch (mine broke) and I thought eh, why not try out at a smart watch. I do have some experience with smart watches and Android Wear smart watches but have not spent proper time with it (not on my wrist for significant enough time). With that in mind, I wouldn't mind giving it a try. 
In the poll are a few that I narrowed down to, that first fit the budget and look attractive to me, tho i dont really like the flat tyre bellow the 360 and the Q. 
Any suggestions and feedback? Christmas' round da corner

when the asus zenwatch 2 came out i got the original one very cheap. Great watch but I would not pay more than $100 for a gimmick.

Personally, I love the 360. It's not the best value, I'll agree there, but I am biased since I love Motorola/Lenovo. 

 

The Huawei Watch looks good, value wise.

How functional is Android Wear really? Do you think that as of now, a watch and a smartphone should be kept separate?

I have been using the original 360 for a long while, and i only use it to check the time and sometimes read a text. really, it isn't all that functional.

Actually the looks and the thought of having a customizeable watch face is what really got me thinking about getting one

Then you should definitely get one. there's tons of watch faces out there!

Also, my 360 is very good at tracking movement, so of you're into running or stuff like that they can be very helpfull.

 

I even forgot i wore mine once and jumped into a swimming pool with the thing still attached to my wrist. it survived over half an hour of continuous swimming!

it allows me to keep my phone on silent. it just updates me on emails and txts. doesn't really do much else. I once saw this in a smart watch ad

most watch faces look crap on LCD. I just have a plain digital watch face because I didn't like any of the ones I downloaded. Downloading watch faces could be done faster IMO

 

If you're going to pay lots of money for a watch then get one that will retain its value, otherwise do what i did and wait for a decent one to go under $100 on amazon
