Fallout 4 Crash on Load up

Everytime i open up Fallout 4 it will run normally and load up.  But when i get to the main menu where you can select a save or do whatever, it just crashes.  Screen goes black, no error nothing. 

Specs:

FX-8320 @4.2GHz

Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6GB

16GB Corsair Vengeance

Windows 10 Home

 

I never had this problem with my old MSI R9 290 card.  It only happened after i got the latest Nvidia Drivers and had my GTX 1060 installed.  It will also sometimes does this on the original skyrim, and the remastered skyrim, although rarely.
