What is this kickstarter project?

A while back i saw a kickstarter video about a little rubber thing that sticks for example your phone to a wall or something. Even less smoother vertical surfaces could hold on. It was like a little rubber circle and you could wash it if the stickiness started to go away.

Does anybody know about this item? If so, is it available and where can I purchase it.
