Bluetooth dongle

I have an asus 3.0 dongle right now...its not been proven to hold connections very well. 

I have no issues maintaining connection to my PS3 and none of my other wireless devices have connection issues but to my desktop bluetooth has always been spotty

 

Was wondering if anyone can reccomend me a 4.0 dongle to get to replace my breaking asus one.
