Go into settings and turn energy saver mode off.

Ok then try turning it on? Or turn it on and off again?

Also try unplugging the TV for a while and plugging it back in, and as a last resort try to find a "reset to factory settings" option.

From what I've found this is the only known way of fixing the issue, so if none of those options work you will need to contact samsung and do an RMA to get  replacement.
