GPU drivers problem?

Hi there! I have lenovo ideapad y560 that came with preinstalled windows 7 home premium 64-bit and and it also has switchable graphics (intel and amd mobility Radeon hd 5xxx series). Lately it became slow and I got a lot of blue screens so I reinstalled windows and also necessary drivers from lenovo website. But the problem is that whenever I would install amd drivers the screen would turn off and after restarting pc it would still look like there are no installed gpu drivers. Please help!
