Pc freezes when playing games

My rig consists of i5 6400, Gigabyte B150 ds3h mobo, Gigabyte gtx 950 oc single fan edition, 8Gb ddr4 2400 Ram, Corsair VS650 psu. Its just 3 months old and I've experience random freeze 3 times in last 2 months, the picture would freeze  and nothing would happen. This happened only when I was playing NFS 2016 and BF4 multiplayer. How to debug this problem?
