Is getting an 8320 or 8350 on a budget? how bad will the bottleneck be with an r9 fury?

The Fury line are very fast cards and can still hold their own against the 980 and 1070 for less.

The FX-8300 series is still a fine line of CPUs, landing somewhere between i3-6100 and i5-6500 thanks to games making use of more cores these days.

 

That said you should treat it like a quad core for the purposes of gaming and if you can, wait for the release of Zen this January.

 

But it won't bottleneck too hard unless you choose a game that needs a lot of GPU power.

Also don't pay more than $120 or its equivalent for it
