Logitech G930 Detection problem

So have the Logitech G930 it works and all sounds great and feels good. But I cant get the logitech gaming software to detect the headphones so I cant use the 7.1 surround feature on the headset. Any fix?? Well it will only work when i do a fresh install of the logitech gaming software but then everytime i so a pc restart it wont work anymore. The only way to get it to work again is if i so a fresh install of the software
