Network icontrol missing?

Don't use it, use the stuff built into your os, it does all you need without using extra cpu or ram.

So my computer has a A88X-PLUS motherboard and i have noticed that on Asus product page they say that it has a network icontrol feature? But i can't find it anywhere i have installed AI suite 3 and updated my motherboard bios to the latest version. So do i need to download anything or something else and is it any good?
