Wired GPU usage

Hey guys, i have a question about my GPU usage, when im in-game and playing, my GPU usage is very wired? Here is a screenshot of it. https://gyazo.com/9a5600b076cfd97e494c10c3a741ff32

My average temp on my GPU (VTX3D R9 290x) is about 64 degrees. Any suggestions? BTW i have crossfire with (VTX3D R9 290X) if that have anything to do with it?

what game are you playing? does it cause issues while playing or is it just something you noticed?

Im playing Forza horizon 3. and CSGO. And no ity doesn't make issuse, i just  noticed

ohhh ok maybe there was a driver update and they changed something..... either way if it plays the same best leave it alone
