So I helped my friend build this computer:

And it all works fine. I finished it at 2 am and I needed to get back home so I hastily applied an overclock of 4.7 Ghz @ 1.3V Vcore and verified for 20 minutes before going home. It has been 100% stable at 72 C although I believe the H100i fans are only going to 50% RPM and I can increase the speed as noise isn't a concern. I've heard various things about max voltage on 4790k, especially for 24/7 usage. Is this voltage safe for 24/7 usage, and if it is, do you think I can either increase clocks at 1.3V or keep the 4.7 Ghz stable at a lower Vcore? I did not modify any settings apart from Vcore and CPU Ratio.

I would just try this out myself, but I don't have access to the computer and it's an hour drive away from me, and I'd like to get a better judgement before I make the trip.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.
