Im looking for a really small wooofer that can go down pretty low, for a portable bass amp. max size ill say is around 5 inches, something like 4 or 3 would be better.

And should be able to get up to around 8,000hrz, down as low as possible, 100hrz max, preferably much lower, like 50 (but thats wayyyy stretching it).

Around $100 max I guess.

Probably more like $50 or less though

That looks pretty good, but I was just doing some looking, this might be better, as its cheaper, and sheilded (and the little amp will be in the same cabinet)

that should also work fine.

The sheilding is only for crt's, it wont affect the amp

Couldent the amp effect the speaker? Because of the magnetic fields the wires generate?

The amp won't affect the speaker and vise versa.

But there could be some interference, thats how that happens with power cords running adjacent to speaker wire, or soundcards getting interference.

Actually, thats different, but still, I feel like having the speaker and amp in close proximity in the same cabinet could cause issues.

Won't case interference, I have done this many times.

Ok.

Now another question, could I use a regular speaker amp as a bass amp if I were to just plug my bass in, or would that cause issues?

Just check if it has sufficient gain and what is the input impedance. You'd want a high input impedance and gain for a guitar amplifier (guitar pickups have high output impedances and low signal levels).
