So I just got my new headphones and they sound completely amazing. But I was wondering why when I plug them in, there is not device that shows up in the playback devices for them. Also when I tried installing Equalizer APO, since there was no device for them, I couldn't select them to be affected by the equalizer. Any suggestions?

Headphones are a passive piece of electronics. They shouldn't show up in the device manager. What you would be looking for would be the DAC (In this case, assuming you're using onboard audio, it would probably be some kind of realtek output device.

The only headphones that would show up would be usb headsets, and things of that nature that have a built in DAC/amp.
