im possibly looking to build a new system.  my budget is about $1200 USD.  it can go a little bit higher but would prefer to stay within that budget.  My current rig is a i7 4790k gigabyte board 16gb memory NZXT kraken x61 250gb 850 evo Evga gtx 960 and a corsair 750 PSU.  Case is the cooler master storm stryker.  Now before you all go saying well there is nothing wrong with that build the reason why i would get a new system is because my friend is interested in getting a gaming computer and i told him that i would sell him mine.  what i do on it is gaming at 1080 possibly higher in the future, surfing the web, doing photo editing ocasinally and just other everyday stuff.  the things that i want defiantly is atx motherboard,  fully modular psu prefibley gold rated or higher by either corsair or EVGA.  A 1070 not founders, and a all in one cooler either an h100i or the x61.  i already have all the prephiels and a copy of windows 10  so no need for that.   so thats all let me know what i can get for the budget

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

Sorry for no SSD but I already maxed out your budget. Could go for a cheaper mobo but that one looks sexy and has lights on it
