Itunes problems

I built a new PC and when I downloaded Itunes and synced my phone to it, it deleted all of my songs on my phone that I didn't buy from apple. My fiance still has all of those songs on her iphone and I can't get them to come off of her phone and onto itunes without 'syncing' it which is what deleted all of my songs, please help
