Critical_process_died help?

Hey people, i keep getting the blue screen of death with critical_process_died and i am currently trying to fix it but i keep getting it again so heres what ive tried already:

-safe mode doesn't boot

-sfc/scannow says there is an error when i try the fix command

-chkdsk/c says i have an error so i do chkdsk/f (to fix it) and it says it cant cause it cant write onto the drive

-restore a system save doesnt work because i cant select the hard drive because its protected or something like that

-reseting the windows install while keeping my files starts and then says there is an error so it cant reinstall windows

dead harddrive probably, try booting from a USB drive.

Is there a way to transfer my files to a new hard drive? And how to i boot froma usb drive like how do i create the usb drive with the boot files in it?

#1: if your harddrive is dead you can't, thats why they call it dead. You should find out if its really your harddrive first. #2: did you buy windows or pirate it? if you bought it, find the windows install disc you used. if you pirated it, find whatever storage device you put windows on to.

Well ok thanks and i kinda did used a loophole froma windows 7 32bit install to a windows 10 32 bit install and then install using a usb drive the 64bit version. So is that usb drive to install windows the usb drive i need to use
