Anyone know how to make Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault run properly on W10?

GOG recently got it and I bought it but when I tried to run it the game doesn't display correctly.

 

I think it's on the main menu but it looks wrong and while I can hear sounds when using the arrow keys like things are being selected on the menu I cannot see what is being done and so the game is unplayable as is.

 

Has anyone tried playing this on Windows 10 and know how to fix this?

 

I've tried some of the compatibility mode options but so far nothing has helped.

try installing it in somthing else than program files or program fiels (86x). that fixxed some old games for me. i just installed it directly to the disk like this C:\game1
