Okay so I have a decent mid-budget PC that I just recently finished building.

I have made some mistakes in choosing parts which I am aware of.

#CPU - AMD FX 4300

#GPU - RADEON R7 360 2GB OC

#RAM - 8GB Kingston HyperX Fury

#MOBO - GIGABYTE 78LMT USB3 AM3+

And the ugly chicken of this build is the PSU I've gone for (Don't kill me for it)

#PSU - LC Power LC600H 12

I was really low on budget and was desperate to get a PSU as soon and as cheap as possible not really thinking with my head.

By now,the PSU has been carrying the system well,but since I play Cities:Skylines,a game which requires a real amount of horsepower after a period of time,

I've started considering overclocking my RADEON R7 360 2GB OC / putting it into OC mode,but I'm kind of afraid of the PSU.

Same goes with the CPU.

I will upgrade the PSU soon in the future,but for now...

Thanks for the attention.

Its a POS PSU and its really up to you. If you want to oc go for it if not then don't there is no way to tell if it will fail or not.

I would not risk it. Sorry dude. I mean everything is connected to you PSU and if that thing fries, it might take something down with it. Seeing you are already on a low-budget (and can't afford to kill your parts), you should really consider just gradually upgrading to quality parts.

A PSU is definitely a part where it is worth it to spend a bit more on something of good quality.

PC: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 || Noctua NH-U12S SE2 || 32GB DDR5 6000 CL32  ||
|| Powercolor RX 9070 Reaper || Asus B650E-I
  || WD 850X 2TB ||  Corsair SF600 || Intertech IM 1 |||
Peripherals: Sennheiser PC  360 G4ME || AOC CQ27G2U || Viewsonic PX701HD || Keychron V1 || Logitech G303 Shroud Edition||| Laptop: XPS 13 2in1 7390 || Steam Deck 256 GB (64GB Version) ||| Cameras: Fujifilm XH-1 || Fujifilm X100T

Well I'm aware of the risks,and I'll try not to be desperate. I'll probably be able to buy a new one around new year so yeah.

And by the way, would a Cooler Master 500w be enough or?

It depends on how many amps the 12V rail provides. At the bare minimum it should be providing 30A.
