Need To Install MTP Driver Everytime

Every time i connect some another person android device, i had to install MTP driver for that particular model! This does not happen when i am connecting my own device.

Also this happens only with mtp, when I choose charging only or connect as a camera[u know what i am talking about] device shows up !

I am using windows 10 64bit

i installed windows MTP Porting kit from here, still got problem

Is this related to some kind of drivers issue?
