Does Circle have Multi-Sig transactions?

The guy who's selling me his cards really wants me to use Circle to pay him, and I am so down for it because I love bitcoin, and love Circle even more (near 0 fees on buying bitcoin from them). However I've never transfered bitcoin in order to purchase something physical. I did a quick search and a form of buyer protection is Multisig. 

 

Does Circle have multisig?

Don't talk about stale memes.
