Stutter problem

Hello

My PC has started to have this issue in games (like GTAV, Rainbox Six Siege, Warframe). It happens every hour or so audio get messed up on everything, not just the game but on voice chat aswell.

Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3

Bios Version: F2

RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070  (8 GB)

Win 10 Pro 64bit
500W Aerocool Quiet Power Supply - Bronz 80 Plus

What hard drive do you have? You might be hitting the read limit so it hangs for a second while it gathers the data. If that's the case then an SSD should fix the problem.
