LED FAN FLUTTERING

Greetings. I have recently installed a Corsair SP120(LED BLUE) on the front of my case, on top of my Case's MSI 120mm Blue LED fan. Basically, sometimes when I power down, my fan lights will occasionally flutter or flicker. I noticed this happens after I install case mods such as LED strips. It doesn't always happen, just occasionally. any idea what's going on? it was doing it for a while when I first set up my pc, then stopped, then I installed LEDs, it started again it stopped for another week, then I installed the corsair and it started again. I'm lost.

That's normal and not an issue. Don't worry about it.
