Need help with memory

Hey guys just came across this ram http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007QY87QM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

and while looking at the fourth pic it says "This memory cannot be considered as plug and play because the XMP profile is not usable. Attempting to use the XMP profile will most likely cause a failure to POST. Default settings without user intervention are DDR3-1333". Now my mobo is going to be msi z87 g45. Will I be able to run this memory at 2133 mhz or should I purchase this one:

I don't know what they are on about, I would just get the second one.

Tbh, it takes literally less than a minute to manually set timings and voltage if you can't XMP.

I think I am gonna go with the 2nd Ram. Another question. My case has 2 USB 3.0 ports. And the mobo I am looking at says 1 x USB 3.0 connector (supports additional 2 USB 3.0 ports)

Now here is a hi res Image for the mobo.

I can only find 1 usb3.0 connector neat the sata ports. Or is that 1 connector for both the usb 3.0 ports in the front. Forgive me guys if I sound like a noob but its gonna be my first build.
