Cheapest monitor

Hello. Im a newbie in all that technical stuff, so no h8 pls :D.
Im looking to purchase a good monitor for my gaming setup(csgo). I've heard, that 144hz are the best ones, but the ones ive seen are really expensive and I dont have much money to spend (about 200$). Currently im using Acer V223HQ and it makes my eyes sore after using it for longer period of time, plus its 60hz so that doesnt help as well.
So here's my question. What are the cheapest, yet worth buying 144hz monitors.
In case it is somehow necessary, im from Poland, and im using a laptop (dunno if its a useful info for you or not but w/e). I'd really appreciate your help.

Well, this monitor is about 100$ more expensive in PL, than on amazon
