g27 not working need help

hey, guys, I've been having some issues with my g27 and getting windows 10 recognize it correctly I've tried to follow http://boxthislap.org/g27-not-working-after-windows-10-update/

and it worked before but all of a sudden it stopped working and I followed this guide again and it won't work at all now, the g27 shows in the 5.10 profiler but in the devices in windows shows it as shown in the screenshots.

any help will be greatly appreciated and FYI I've been playing Forza horizon 3 for the last week with it working fine but just for some reason, it won't now. 

if anyone one needs more info on my system I will share
