{US?} Newegg EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

lieder1987

I am not sure if this is a "hot deal" but the GTX 1080 from EVGA FTW is currently $30 bucks off. Not sure if this will be the best deal of the year or not, but might be? The sale ends in 15 hours from time of posting according to their website.

I might be buying this myself, but I am so nervous that the prices will change later in the month of November.

I wouldn't recommend buying the evga FTW edition, it's quite a bit more expensive then most 1080s.

Define most. Heck I see more expensive 1080's then I see one's that are less expensive.

Although I wouldn't even call this a hot deal. Seems to be the average price.

Fair enough. FTW is middle of the road, but really you should just buy the cheaper ones and overclock manually.

Indeed.

Using a custom fan curve you can get better results than the default one can offer - as manufacturers side on less db's over more fps.
