From the little I know about Pascal, it doesn't matter performance wise. Go for whatever looks best to you.

Is it worth buying GTX 1060 with two fans? Should i buy with only 1? And what is the best manufacturer? Im going to play at 1080p and high/v.high.

A cool card is a happy card, and if you're going to OC, that second fan is nice to have.

All the major card partners are more or less the same. It depends on looks, noise and customer support. Looks are entirely subjective, noise is largely influenced by the cooling setup (another plus for dual or tri-fan designs), and in terms of customer support, EVGA is the best, Gigabyte is the worst, and everyone else is somewhere in between.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
