Gaming PC Cpu shopping

So for I was going to buy the i7-6700 cpu chip because I plan on using my pc for Video editing, but not the majority. The majority is going to be spent gaming; the rest making videos for twitch, youtube, and editing my own videos. So I'm trying to decide whether I should buy:

i5-6600k

i7-6700

i7-6700k or other if there is better alternative.

6700k is best for editing, but it's not that worth in gaming, and you must buy z170 mobo too.

It would be good to have, otherwise you are wasting money on k-cpu.

If you aren't going to OC then just get i7-6700 w/ H170 mobo (if you want save on mobo then go w/ B150). I'd def recommend getting an i7 if you're planning on doing some video editing on a side.

Putting a 6700K on an H110, B150 or H170 board seems like a waste of a lot of money, especially with the price of 6700s sliding downwards.
