Playing the beta and being a bf4 player, honestly its a really high quality game. Lots of fun, very original (which is extremely refreshing in the FPS genre).

When I've got the money im definitely getting it.

Definetively worth buying. but ONLY BUY THE BASE GAME. Do not buy deluxe, premium or utlimate.... ATM the game has its quirks and isnt by any means worth more then the 60 bucks it costs in retail (IMO, i agree with Angry Joe, it should be a 50$ game)

I'll buy the premium because it's worth the upcoming DLC expansions.

Strike the shepherd and the sheep will scatter.

For the single-player and multiplayer experience then I would say yes, It's totally worth it, be warned though.

There are a lot of cheaters with aimbots and walls but the fairfight system of battlefield 1 has been banning people who cheat so it's worth mentioning that it's slowly getting rid of cheaters but there would still be more people who would likely cheat.

If you don't have a premium account then servers that are full would let you queue and sometimes if there are a lot of people queueing then it would likely take you around 5-17 minutes to get in the game depending on how many people are queued and the people who will leave the game, most likely by the time you join a game the game is already close to ending and you might be teamed with the losing side.

The only time I have ever seen the queue occur is if I use the manual server browser and try to join a full server. And there's really no reason to ever do that. You can just back out and either pick one that isn't full or just use the matchmaking system.

I'm aware Battlefield games will say "PREMIUM PRIORITIZED" on the queue as you wait, but I'm unsure how much difference it actually makes. I'd have to really go out of my way to find a queue of greater than 1 in this game. I certainly wouldn't consider that worth paying any extra.

Premium might be worth the cost once all the DLC is out and we can actually assess its value. Until then, you're just making a wild guess about the quality of unreleased (worse: unannounced) content to come.

Yup, the DLC is 100% worth it like battlefield 4.

Not all servers are always available that have your ping below 100, you're just making a wild guess about the quantity of the servers(worse:unspecified) with ping lower than 130.

I am on the fence and will remain on the fence until the sort out the server debacle. We had BF3 and BF4 servers in Southern Africa that allowed us to play with a 40 - 70 MS ping.

To expect met to fork out 60 - 70 USD to play on a 150 - 250 ms ping is not acceptable. At to this the fact that information on the SRP is not forthcoming you can expect that this will be the same BS as is currently the case on consoles with servers in the US, Europe and Australia (Pre-Dominantly as legislation will prevent them from selling in Aus if they did not) it will not change.

So the game looks awesome but if your not fortunate enough to stay in the countries that currently have servers I would not spend the money.
